Work and personal life seems to meld together in a way that can be either enhancing or debilitating – and it is up to each person to structure what works in their life and in ways that allow them to be their best in work and at home.” Tony Hsieh

The real estate industry will consume every ounce of your time if you allow it to. Far too often I get on the  phone with an agent who is succeeding at the highest level in business yet they never see their family, never go on vacation, and they’ve given up on all the hobbies they’ve ever had. This week I’d challenge you to find a hobby or pastime you used to do before life got in the way. Put it back on the calendar and call  your  database to do it with you. I call this work life integration.  Take an activity you want, or need, in your life and inviting your database and/or farm area to participate in it with you with the intention of earning business while doing something you enjoy. This business doesn’t have to be hard.
