So you’re building a business and you hit a roadblock. You’re mad, annoyed, frustrated, and perhaps a little disappointed…..so what. I’m always shocked when a high achiever comes to a coaching call angry that their star player left the team or upset that a competitor did something in their farm area. Whatever the situation my response is always the same and that response is, Get over it. You didn’t really expect to build a massive business without dealing with obstacles did you? This is usually enough to snap them out of it. Truth is we can spend our entire coaching call talking about what happened or we can get over it and start talking about what’s next. 99% of the time what’s next is revisiting our plan and getting back to work.
Next time you’re faced with an unexpected challenge in your business get over it. It’s going to happen now or later so you may as well deal with it and continue on.
