These changes are happening rapidly and in the end many of the companies will likely look the same. One stop shops for a complete end to end consumer experience all under one roof. Are you positioned to compete in this environment?
I’m genuinely curious to hear your thoughts and predictions on what is to come in the real estate industry. I see a few major players being consolidated into huge businesses offering an incredible consumer experience at a lower price. I believe the days of the individual agent helping a few people here and there are numbered and those agents will likely be faced with the decision to leave the industry or partner with one of these giant companies.
