When you’re building a business we marry our mission and you date our plan. 

Fundamentally this means before anything else we identify our mission. Once we’re clear of our mission we create a plan based on what we believe is the best way to accomplish that mission. Then we execute that plan and live happily ever after….. right? Of course not, life happens to all of us, business climates change, and a pandemic may even happen. This is where the acronym pace comes into play. When laying out our plan we must have a Primary plan, an Alternative plan, a Contingency plan, and finally an Emergency Plan. This way when things go sideways we can dump that primary plan and move on to the next.
