Second it gives us an opportunity to complete the missing information within our database. Finally it generates immediate business.

Step by step process to launch the perfect Reverse BOLD 100.

Step 1: Set a date

Determine the day you would like to execute the reverse BOLD 100 two to three weeks in advance.

Step 2: Block out time

Block out no more than a four hour period that day to be 100% dedicated to receiving calls.

Step 3: Decide on a prize

    • Friday send email with photo of prize, details to win, and important info

Week 2

    • Call Top 100 People In Database AGAIN and use Giveaway Reminder Script (20 people per day)
    • Monday leave mass voicemail to database using Giveaway Reminder Script (Stratics or sly broadcast)
    • Post photos of the price in the Facebook event and remind everyone  (invite friends, family, and past clients to event)
    • Wednesday use reach app to text entire database Giveaway Intro Script
    • Friday send email with photo of prize, details to win, and important info

Week 3

    • Call Top 100 People In Database AGAIN and use Giveaway Reminder Script (20 people per day)
    • Monday leave mass voicemail to database using Giveaway Reminder Script (Stratics or sly broadcast)
    • Go live in Facebook Group (invite friends, family, and past clients to event)
    • Wednesday use reach app to text entire database Giveaway Intro Script
    • Friday send email with photo of prize, details to win, and important info

Best practices: Communication of the event in multiple means is vital. You’re likely missing a piece of contact information from some of these contacts. If we communicate using a single means we would miss the opportunity  people missing that piece of contact information.
