This hits home for me personally. Far too often we neglect to work on our strengths in an effort to improve things that would be better off being delegated to someone whose strength lies in that area. Confidence comes when you do less of the things that take your confidence away. Another way of saying that is the more you do things you’re good at with the intention of becoming great the more confidence you have and the better you become. When you do things you’re bad at with the intention of being good you destroy your confidence and slow your momentum. What are you doing in your business that you’re actually bad at trying to be good when you should be spending your time working on things you’re good at trying to be great?
